We enjoyed staff and location, every detail was provided. Hospitality of the staff. Location right by a town square and central station. Also, Queen Street was placed at a small distance.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Exeter, had much fun. The rooms with modern loo and a very comfortable bed plus good sized bathroom. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets were very handy...

Incredible location, attractive and competitive value for money. A great selection of extra supplies: a safe, television with satellite channels and a writing table. We loved the bed, which was nice. Plus, we were 15 mins by foot from bull meadow park.
The street itself was noisy.
